Oleh Ehretskyy has spent more than 25 years finishing high-end homes: stone, millwork, custom tile and the kind of detail that only shows when it’s wrong. Along the way he picked up the habits clients notice: measuring twice, protecting the house, and not calling a job done until the last caulk line is straight.

He runs Euro Home Improvement himself and is on every job, from the first visit to the final walkthrough. The person who gives you the quote is the person who does the work.

Are estimates free?

Yes. We come to your home, look at the job, measure and talk it through with you at no charge. You then get a written quote before any work starts.

Are you insured?

Yes, Euro Home Improvement is fully insured. We’re happy to send proof of insurance with your quote.

Which areas do you serve?

Most of our work is in Gulf Harbour, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. We also work in Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples and the rest of Lee and Collier counties.

How long does a typical job take?

Small repairs often take a day. A bathroom usually takes one to three weeks on site and a kitchen a little longer, depending on materials. Your quote includes a realistic schedule.

Which languages do you speak?

English, Ukrainian and Polish. Tell us your preference on the estimate form.

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. Plenty of our clients started with a repair or two before asking us to remodel a room.

Do you look after homes for seasonal residents while they’re away?

Yes. Our home watch and seasonal care covers checks inside and out while you’re away (including after storms) with photo updates, getting the house ready before you arrive, closing it up when you leave, and cleaning before and after.
